WALKING TOUR: With Joel Salatin @ Tara Firma Farms
Joel Salatin will be holding a 2-hour walking tour of the Tara Firma property at 4:00pm on April 23. Participants will get "hands on" instructions from Joel on the specific techniques he and his staff employ at Polyface Farm, as well as be able to directly ask him any questions they've always wanted to.
Participation in this tour is limited to 50 people, and tickets are priced at $60 per person.
(Walking Tour tickets do not grant the purchaser access to the Farmer's Breakfast, Main Event, or Farm-to-Table Dinner with Joel on 4/23. Tickets for those must be purchased separately.)
