About this concert: In celebration of its 50th anniversary, the Contra Costa Chorale is reprising the first work it ever performed, Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass. This concert will also feature a world premiere of "Where Everything is Music," written for the Chorale by California composer Stephen Main, and Ralph Vaughan Williams's "Serenade to Music." Directed by Cindy Beitmen, the chorus will be accompanied by an orchestra and will feature vocal soloists.
