Led by Paul Wade and his team of experienced trainers, Third Street Boxing Gym, the premier boxing gym in the Bay Area, is proud to bring you the Fitness Crawl!
What is a Fitness Crawl, you ask? It's similar to a pub crawl, but instead of hopping from pub to pub, the Fitness Crawl allows you to experience the wide range of workout regimens offered by our trainers. Over the course of the day you'll have the opportunity to receive hands on instruction as you learn basic boxing techniques, as well as participate in various circuit training exercises designed to get your heart pumping!
Whether you're an experienced boxer, a fitness enthusiast, or just looking to use boxing as a means to reach your fitness goals, the Fitness Crawl is adapted to every skill level and delivers a fast-punching, hard-hitting cardiovascular boxing workout to help you shake up your workout routine!
