Pork Butchery Demonstration
Join the Rose's MM & SS team in a relaxed evening of porcine education. Class members will watch one of our butchers break down a side of a pig. As we break down the pig we'll go over the different cuts of pork and how to cook them.

After it's all cut up and portioned we'll take a short break to taste some of our house made Charcuterie.
Following the break we'll delve a little into whole muscle curing and show you how to cure bacon, a fresh petite ham and Lardo.
Participants will leave with approximately 5 pounds of meat including pork chops, a tied roast, a chunk of partially cured bacon, as well as some other goodies.
Important! Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 48 hours before start of class will receive a full a full refund. Cancellations received after the 48 hour period will receive a 50 percent refund. Please contact Rose's directly to cancel after the 48 hour cut-off.
