If you would like to avoid paying online, you can buy your tickets from Maggie directly. Please just call (773-910-9067) or email her (murphdizzle27@gmail.com).
Note: if you & a group of friends are buying tickets separately, but would like to sit together, just let us know! We will distribute seat #s based on your preferences.
What is VSO?
VSO is an international development organization that works through highly trained volunteers to empower people in areas affected by poverty. We support VSO's work because we believe that in order to solve complicated problems in developing countries, you need to go beyond financial assistance and seek out lasting solutions. Their approach is to equip locals with the skills and opportunities they need to prosper independently. VSO initiatives include: providing training for aspiring doctors and nurses in Zambia, helping HIV+ women in Mozambique start small businesses, and working with local teachers in Tanzania to develop a more effective curriculum for their students. One of the coolest projects that VSO has underway in Tanzania is the ZEST project, which helps local farmers to build better links to the thriving tourist market and have their voices heard.
