The Career Guitarist Consortium
How do you make it as a career guitarist in the millenniums eclectic music scene? There are thousands, perhaps even more guitarists in the world today who dream and desire to be professional musicians and make a living as such. Think it takes luck? Learn the facts and dispel the myths by attending the workshop by The Career Guitarist Consortium. This informative clinic will be instructed by two of LA's finest and most diverse professional guitarists: Michael Ripoll and David Stark, aka The CGC. Both Michael and David have been A-list studio and touring guitarists in the music industry. They will demonstrate the techniques and tone behind musical styles ranging from Funk/R&B, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Country, Latin and more on both electric and acoustic guitars.
Some career topics to be discussed include: - How to fully prepare for an audition. - What to expect in the studio and on tour. - And most important, when to come up to center stage and shred, and when not to!
