Join us as SAGE Metro St. Louis proudly presents the "Dennis W. Hostetler SAGE Advocacy Award" to Dr. John H.K. Sweet for his support of SAGE.
Your ticket includes cool jazz, a silent auction and summer celebration featuring sangria and appetizers - sponsored by Merit Home Health Care, Inc.
All proceeds directly benefit the work of SAGE Metro St. Louis, established in June of 2008.
