Farm Table Dinners @ Green Dirt Farm
Green Dirt Farm's "Farm Table Dinner" series is a culinary celebration emphasizing the important links between landscape, food and community. In conjunction with Kansas City's finest local chefs, Green Dirt Farm is the setting of a series of dinners that are prepared from farmer grown, locally harvested, produced and foraged ingredients. These chef driven events provide a truly unique one night only dining experience as each one is bound to the ingredients that are at the height of their season. Each chef creates an exquisite four course menu featuring Green Dirt Farm's award winning sheep's milk cheeses, 100% grass-fed lamb and produce that is sourced from our local area farmers. Each course is paired with a carefully selected wine, beer or cocktail.
