Organic Gardening 101
TThis is Seattle Tilth's introductory class about growing food organically. If you're just starting out, or you want a guide to the fundamentals, come learn the basic principles and techniques of organic gardening. This class will cover introductory-level information on soil fertility, proper watering techniques, assessing your garden site and pest control in an organic garden. Participants will learn about using techniques, products and tools to grow food, flowers and herbs successfully while supporting a healthy ecosystem. This class will be an indoor, show-and-tell style lecture.
