Jazzapolooza
The sounds of jazz will wash over John Burroughs High School on Thursday, April 5 as the JBHS Instrumental Music Association presents its first-ever Jazzapoloosa. The evening will feature the JBHS Jazz Ensemble and local band Attic Empire, and culminates with a performance by Tim Gill and the Tim Gill All-Stars. Tickets are available for $10 general admission seating or $15 reserved cabaret style balcony seating. Beginning at 6pm, food and beverages will be available for purchase outside the auditorium prior to the concert. Doors open at 7:00pm with the first act performing at 7:30pm.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Ensemble's upcoming trip to Nevada to participate in the Reno Jazz Festival at the University of Nevada, Reno.
