2nd Act Film Festival
10 South Carolina Filmmakers screen the short films they created for the 2nd Act Film Festival. Presented by Jasper Magazine, the 2nd Act Film Festival gives filmmakers the 1st and 3rd acts of a short script. The filmmakers job is to write the second act and make the movie. Ten filmmakers from South Carolina were chosen to participate in this unique take on the filmmaking project.
