Choir of the Sound 3rd Annual Bottles & Bites Wine-Food Pairing Fundraiser
Join us for a fun evening at Choir of the Sound's 3rd Annual Bottles & Bites Wine and Food Pairing Fundraiser! There are a limited number of tickets available, so be sure to get yours soon!
The theme this year is "A Tour of France - From Burgundy to Bordeaux." Our "tour guide" once again this year is Ray Bloom of Vinum Imports, who has picked unique wines from the many wine regions in France. Ray has researched the traditional foods that are served with these wines and the North City Bistro staff will be working their magic to prepare versions of this classic French fare to taste along with the wines.
We also will have drawings during the evening for some terrific gift baskets: a gardening basket, kitchen basket, French basket, wine basket, and a "dinner out" basket too.
In addition, Ray Smith, COTS' own chocolatier extraordinaire, will have his amazing treats available for a $20 donation.
This year we are featuring some additional options as a brand new way to support your favorite choir! We are offering different sponsorship levels for this event, with fabulous accompanying thank-you packages in appreciation of your incredible support. You can purchase a basic entry to Bottles & Bites for $50 just like last year, or choose one of the following sponsorships (COTS will pay the Brown Paper Tickets handling fee for all entry levels in appreciation of your donation).
Silver Sponsorship: $100 - 1 entry to Bottles & Bites, 1 bottle from the wines we will be tasting, and 5 raffle tickets.
Gold Sponsorship: $250 - 1 entry to Bottles & Bites, 2 different bottles from the wines we will be tasting, 1 season ticket for our 2012-2013 season, and 10 raffle tickets. NOTE: If you are considering more than one entry at this level, you will want to go with our Platinum Sponsorship below, which provides two of each item included at the Gold Sponsorship level, PLUS the special bonus described below!
Platinum Sponsorship: $500 - 2 entries to Bottles & Bites, 4 different bottles from the wines we will be tasting, 2 season tickets for our 2012-2013 season, 20 raffle tickets, AND 2 SEATS AT A DINNER WITH OUR DIRECTOR JEREMY MATHEIS!!! This very special sponsorship level is limited to 4 tickets (8 Bottles & Bites entries).
