Knockdown Stand-Up Featuring Ira Proctor
Dear Friends and Fans of Knockdown Stand-Up,
I am so sorry to announce that Donnell Rawlings has cancelled his upcoming performance on April 6th. He is filming a show with MTV and couldn't leave set or else he would have been in breach of contract. I was just informed about this today.
I scrambled around all day and spoke with numerous comedians and we do have a new show for you. Ira Proctor out of Boston will be headlining the show on April 6th. We still have a great show for you with the Gansett Girls coming as well as some great comedians.
I also understand that some of you bought advance tickets for this show. I can offer 1 of 2 things for you.
1.You can come and enjoy a great comedy show, plus hold onto your ticket and use it to get into any Knockdown Stand-Up show through June. These shows include Yannis Pappas, Veronica Mosey, Dan Boulger, and Neal Brennan. So you can see 2 shows with the Donnell Rawlings tickets.
2. You can get a full refund at the door on Friday night. (The website won't refund the money.)
If you have not bought tickets yet we realize that this is a COMPLETELY different show so we have cut ticket prices. You can still buy advance tickets at a cheap price or pay just $10.00 at the door.
We can not apologize enough for this inconvenience! We hope that you will still come and party with us on Friday night and enjoy the best comedy night Rhode Island has to offer!!!

Ira Proctor is a Boston based comedian that has traveled everyplace from Las Vegas to Afghanistan performing comedy. He recently showcased to rave revues at the prestigious Montreal Comedy Festival, was featured on the Today Show, and finished his second season of NESN's Comedy All-Stars. He's the Boston winner of Sierra Mist's "Next Great Comic Search," become a fixture in the Boston Comedy Festival, and has appeared in Comedy Central's "Laugh Riots." Ira's other credits include appearances on ABC's Inside Edition, Fox News, New England Cable News, NBC Nightly News, Chronicle and XM radio along with commercials for Diet Pepsi, Harvey Windows and Bob's Stores.
