Beer - The Way It Was Meant To Be!
Join us at Trio to experience beer as it has been drunk for centuries, as cask conditioned, "real ale". Cask ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and served at cellar temperature with only naturally occurring carbonation. It is making a huge comeback across the country, and for good reason. Served via our traditional English beer engine, the result is a creamy, gently carbonated, tasty brew that allows you to experience much more of the nuanced flavors and aromas that are lost by modern kegging and dispensing methods.
