The Sonoma Chop Shop

Ram's Gate Winery is pleased to collaborate with San Francisco's beloved Butcher and Chef, Ryan Farr, to host The Sonoma Chop Shop: "The Whole Beast Butchery" Demo, Auction, Book Signing and Wine Paired Reception, at 2:30pm on Saturday February 25th, 2012.

The afternoon kicks off with a reception at, Ram's Gate, located at 28700 Arnold Drive. Showcasing our NV Sparkling Brut and 2009 Pinot Noir "Red Label" with delicious tasting bites to compliment, you're invited to side up to the expansive Demo table for a front row view of the butchery.

Sections of the hog and a recipe for that cut, created collaboratively by old buddies Ryan and Jason, will be auctioned off at the close of the Demo. Proceeds will go to the Sonoma Chapter Future Farmers of America, where the hog was sourced. Ryan will be available to answer questions and signing copies of his latest accomplishment, "The Whole Beast Butchery", following the exhibition and auction.
