Psychedelic dance party with Slugs n' Roses with special guest Tammi Brown. Proceeds benefit Monarch Community School.
An alternative public elementary school serving the city of Santa Cruz for over 40 years.
Slugs N' Roses plays Grateful Dead music in an energetic, refreshing style. Add additional groove music including the Beatles, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, and funk makes for a high-energy psychedelic party with interwoven rhythms and impassioned lyrics. Special guest vocalist Tammi Brown and acoustic space-cowboy Nels Andrews opens the show.
