Tomato Tasting Party
Come join Nadine Schaeffer of Birdsong Orchards and Liz Birnbaum of The Curated Feast on September 19th at the Oak Picnic Area at Harvey West Park!
We will be hosting a 3 hour immersion in the Oak Picnic area at Harvey West Park on September 19th from 12 - 3pm.
All the tomato varieties that are ripe will be available for tasting and testing. Where else can you sample 40 tomato varieties side by side?
You will receive:
- Samples and information on 40 tomato varieties;
- FREE seed give-aways;
- A brief talk on the history of tomatoes and how to grow them;
- Chocolate covered dried tomatoes and other tasty snacks;
- Tomatoes also available for purchase!
