Join Trout Unlimited and Slow Food Santa Fe for a celebration of our nation's last great wild salmon fishery up in Bristol Bay, Alaska.  Learn about the threats this irreplaceable wild food source faces from the proposed Pebble Mine and ways you can help protect it.  Local chefs will prepare some wild Bristol Bay salmon for you to enjoy before and after a screening of the award-winning documentary, Red Gold, followed by Q&A with representatives from the national Save Bristol Bay campaign.
