5 course family style Meat & Beer Dinner hosted and prepared by Bierkraft using only organic and grass fed meat from Fleisher's Butcher of Park Slope, Brooklyn. Featuring 5 "one off" beers from Barrier Brewing Company of Oceanside, Long Island, brewed specifically to match the food. Yes, the beer is being custom designed to pair with the menu!
First Course: Potted Duck with Pickled Vegetables
Beer: Saison du Bierkraft, Hoppy Saison
Second Course: Mussels and Guanciale
Beer: Nobel Wrobel, New York state grown whole cone hop pale ale that has been cask conditioned.
Third Course: Steak and Kidney Pie
Beer: Oblong, Strong Rye Ale
Fourth Course: Porchetta and Roasted Vegetable,
Beer: Desolation, Winter Warmer spiced with maple syrup, cinnamon, cardamom, bitter orange peel, and coriander.
Fifth Course: Belgian Waffles and Candied Bacon
Beer: Moochelle, Nitro Milk Stout
