Performed by Douglas Cardwell, percussion; David Felberg, violin; Kim Fredenburgh, viola; Conor Hanick, piano; James Holland, cello; Megan Holland, violin; James T Shields, clarinet and Jesse Tatum, flute. Composer John Adams said of Steve Reich "He didn't re-invent the wheel so much as he showed us a new way to ride."
