Exploring and learning in the outdoors! This 3-week parent child nature exploration course centers on cultivating both your child's sensory awareness, curiosity and wonder in nature and your skills as a guide and teacher through a series of tiny trips in Seward Park. After warming up with stories, song and movement we will practice the art of wandering and imaginative play and introduce toddlers the interesting habits of our local birds and more. Each class provides parent training in how to guide explorations on your own and suggested activities and adventures across the region.
