Moderator Mary Schaefer will lead food writers Pim Techamuanvivit (chezpim.com, The Foodie Handbook), Chris Ying (Lucky Peach), and Anthony Myint and Karen Leibowitz (Mission Street Food) in a wide-ranging discussion on fresh, surprising, and delicious ways of writing about food.
