IMAGE Fall 2007 Rapid "i" Movement Competition

50 teams, 50 hours! Rapid Filmmaking, ATL style!
Open to professionals, students and amateurs who will be in the Atlanta area Nov 2-4, 2007. Contest is open to film making teams of all sizes. All creativity (from script to post production) will take place in the 50 hour period beginning after 7pm on Friday, November 2, 2007. Teams may use any type of video or film camera(s). There is no age limit for participants, except for the team captain who must be 18 years or older. IMPORTANT INFO: Go to www.imagefv.org to download the additional RIM Rules/Regulations/Team Form which will be available on October 5th. Bring your signed form with you to the kick-off on November 2nd. Team Captain(s) must also bring their brown paper tickets receipt of payment as well!
You will be contacted by RIM coordinator in 5-7 business days to verify team name and any additional info or updates.
All teams own their own work IMAGE retains limited screening rights! Select films will screen on Comcast On-Demand. Finalists will advance to the Atlanta Film Festival in 2008! Those films not selected to advance will have a 2nd chance in the Wild Card round...works will be available to watch online at www.imagefv.org after the 2 night screenings on Nov. 7-8th!
Registration closes at 9:00pm, October 31, 2007.
Note: The registration fee is $50 for any IMAGE member or college student to register a team. Non members will pay $75.The first 50 teams to pay the entry fee will be registered to participate.
Team registrations are non-transferable.
Team registrations are non-refundable.
