DAIQUIRI DAYS: the first annual Frozen Daiquiri Festival, Tour & Shop Hop
$30 Daiquiri Days Festival Pass includes all items listed on the event schedule below.
FRIDAY
6 pm - 7pm
Pass Holders should arrive by 6:30 to check in, receive their Daiquiri Tour Cup, Tour Button, and start on Daiquiri #1 courtesy of Gene's Daiquiris (1040 Elysian Fields). During this time, Daiquiri Day Passes can also be purchased on-site for $35 (cash and credit cards are both acceptable). Seating is limited, so we highly recommend that you purchase your pass ahead of time.
7 pm - 9 pm
Party Buses take you on a tour of some of New Orleans' legendary neighborhood Daiq Shops.
Each Party Bus is hosted by one of our highly entertaining Daiquiri Expert Guides.
Stop off at each shop and fill your Daiquiri Days cup with another signature Daiquiri.
9 pm Till

OHNO co's 2011 Don Q Signature Pineapple Daiquiri (The Who Daiq!) will be available all night long, the proceeds of which go to benefit the OpenHouse New Orleans Cultural Exchange Residency Program launching in 2012. Our Goal is to Sale 500 Daiquiris!
SATURDAY

The Unfold Media Gallery has been kind enough to lend us it's beautiful street-side French Quarter locale at 708 Toulouse Street. We'll have our Signature Daiquiri's for sale, as well as Who Daiq! Stickers & Shirts. You can even sample some old-school Daiquiris prepared by a selection of New Orleans' mix masters. Be sure to pick up one of our Free Daiquiri Shop Maps, which will be available to the public for the first time on this occasion!
3 pm 6 pm
Try to show up a bit early to get your Daiq and some swag, because at 3 pm we begin the Daiquiri Shop Hop with members from various krewes, clubs & anyone who'd like to grab a daiq and crawl through the French Quarter, sampling classic Daiquiris along the way, courtesy of Mixologists and Daiq Hacks from some of New Orleans' favorite bars, including The Saint, Loa, Victory, The Polo Club at the Lounge, and Gene's Daiquiris, where we'll end our epic Daiquiri journey. We'll have our Daiquiri Documentary team set up in the Gene's parking lot for anyone who'd like to give a shout out to their favorite Daiq, or tell us a Daiquiri story of their own.
