All levels yoga class with Emily Griffin Beard & Live music by San Francisco's DJ J-Boogie

Join us in celebrating the release of Om Records' first album compilation dedicated to yoga, Om Yoga. It's a deep, rhythmic, groovy and soothing soundtrack that will inspire your practice.

Nourish and awaken your mind, body and soul with a flowing yoga and freestyle dance session to an enchanting live music performance. We'll celebrate the power of yoga, music and dance - precious guides on our journey in learning to love, expressing our whole selves and connecting to spirit.

Proceeds to benefit wellness programs at Jubilee Women's Center.
