Run and Shoot Challenge

Filmmakers and photographers will be equip with Cameras to shoot a narrative in one continuous shot.

The Run and Shoot challenge will be a seasonal challenge held Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.
Run and Shoot Details
Challenge Time:
11am - 5pm (Screenings at 6p)
Challenge Location:
University Town Centre
Who is allowed to participate?
Open to photographs and filmmakers only.
Who will judge is challenge?
The Challenge will be judged by a jury of 7 industry professionals.
Criteria to become a judge:
-Must be a film lover -Must be a Arts/Media/Community professional
All Judges are pre-selected. Judges are subject to change each season.
-All narratives have to be once continuous shot (no editing).
-Content based up to the filmmaker, no nudity allowed.
-All projects must be presented back at the UTC by 5pm sharp.
-Any participant arriving after 5pm will be disqualified
-All projects have to be a minimum of 2 minutes and max of 5 minutes
Reward will be continuous screenings within the UTC ( businesses included), seat on the Grand Jury for the next season of the "Run and Shoot" program and DMVIFF/Global FILM/EYA recognition.
