Ear Heart Music Presents: Victor Lowrie
Victor Lowrie guest curates an evening of solos, duos, and chamber works by some of his favorite New York musicians. For the event, Lowrie asked each artist to respond to the
color orange. Anything from through-composition to free improvisation to protest songs can result from this talented group. The collective ensemble will also premiere an  original Lowrie composition.

About Ear Heart Music

"Flutist Amelia Lukas' innovative Ear Heart Music series at the Tank has become a staple in the New York new-music soundscape." - Time Out NY

Called "scintillating" and "truly original" by Time Out NY, Ear Heart Music is where New Yorkers can get their aural fix. Featuring some of the city's most cutting edge performers, composers and programming, this is a modern chamber music series presented to an intimate crowd. Our audiences are engaged  not simply entertained  by the music they hear. We nurture our listeners by presenting repertoire that is challenging yet relevant, and by providing context for our work. Most often shows incorporate multi-media elements, electronic processing, performance art, film or dance.
