Stable German Beer Dinner
On Monday, September 19, Our chef is specially preparing four courses of authentic German food paired with four of the finest German lagers.
6:30 Beer Reception - Your choice of any Amalgamated Brewing Company's beer along with appetizers
Das Butterbrot (Buttered bread) with assorted wursts, sausages, and German cheeses.
Gefullte Eeir (Deviled eggs)
7:00 Dinner Begins
Course 1 - Sauerkraut soup paired with Helles.
Course 2 - Rinderrouladen (Beef Rouladen) with Spaetzel paired with Oktoberfest.
Course 3 - Chicken Goulash with roasted potatoes.
Course 4 - Black Forest cake and assorted German sweets paired with Dunkelweizen.
Reservations required by Thursday, September 15. Price is $45 per person (includes tax and gratuity).
