Question :	I have bought 2 tickets and wish to go on Sat, but I don't see where to put in the code for my reservation. It appears I have to buy them again. I need HELP please. I was planning on attending Sat to see my dear friend JaNelle Grimes perform. So looking forward to seeing this production.
Réponse :	Hi there. If these are the purple or orange tickets with the code on the back, go to http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/193490 , just as if you were buying a ticket. Select the date and click "Begin Order". The next page that comes up will show a space labeled "member code" - that's where you enter it. The option will pop up showing the kind of ticket you have. Select that option, and fill out the information, and your seat will be reserved. If you have two different codes (each code is good for one seat), you may have to do the process for each code. Question :	I already have a ticket that my husband(pit member) purchased. I was told to make a reservation, but don't see how to do that without buying another ticket. I plan to attend Sunday, Sept 25
Réponse :	Go through the process of "buying" another ticket (click on "Begin Order"), then enter the code from the back of the ticket where it says "Member Code." Another option (for the kind of ticket you have, priced "free,") will pop up. Click on that, enter your name and info, and you're all set.
