Totally independent, with an intentionally tiny capacity and a MASSIVE heart, ARCANE FESTIVAL returns to west Oxon this September with a sparkling lineup of 75+ unsigned bands, DJs, circus & cabaret acts from Oxford, London, Leeds, Cornwall, Devon, Coventry, Kent & beyond! Namely:
