What You Do in the Dark Gospel Stageplay
The illuminating gospel stage play written and directed by Deborah (Marbury) McDaniel features a unique blend of stage and film complemented with live musical performances by a great gospel ensemble and praise dance. And now, you can enjoy a delicious meal before the show (Dinner at 2:30; Show at 3:30). This is a great way to spend your Sunday after attending worship service, and if you didn't make it to church, this show will feed you as if you did.
The story is about a woman, Caren Boogerton, who wants to commit suicide because she feels abandoned by God and unloved by the men in her life. As she prepares to end her life in the confines of her own bedroom, her television tunes into a strange program that has the power to kill her or save her life!
Tickets are $35 and must be reserved by the Wednesday prior to the show you plan to attend. Admission on the day of the show is $40. Reserve tickets at brownpapertickets.com or purchase in person at Studio West Salon, 3962 Warrensville Center Road in Warrensville Heights, Ohio with Nicole Phillips, starting Friday, August 12, 2011. She can be reached at 216-376-3590. Also, your church or non-profit group can sell tickets as a fundraiser. Call Deborah McDaniel at 216-544-9798 for more details.
