Mission Statement for the Seattle Mountaineers
To use basketball to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through prayer, testimony and Christ-like behavior. The goal is to help build spiritual and moral character based on biblical principles. The Mountaineers will be role models for youth, non-believers and the community.
Our athletes will be directly involved in community sport development programs and community activities,such as, youth basketball camps, one on one youth skill development,and public appearances within the community promoting sport and other communtiy activities.
