Joanna Town "Build-A-Brickbuster" Epilepsy Fundraiser

During the Build-A-Brickbuster Pixelfest showing the winning entries for the www.buildabrickbuster.com brick film contest, a planter outside the Broomfield Auditorium will be transformed into Joanna Town, with the proceeds going to the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado.

You may buy Uptown, Suburban or Shanty town lots in areas representing the Past, Present and Future LEGO themes. For example, pirates, cowboys and the middle ages belong in the Past.

Once you purchase a lot, simply bring your building to the event, and we'll have a space reserved for you to display your building any time between noon and 4 p.m. Then, take your building home at the end of the day (Any time after 6 p.m.and end of Award Show) Awards will be announced at the Award Show at 7 p.m., but attendance is not mandatory.

Winners will receive LEGO sets provided by LEGO Group, LEGO Membership packages and more.The sets to be given away include:

Set Number 10231 Shuttle Expedition
Set Number 10211 Grand Emporium

Each lot houses one building. Each lot purchased includes at least one ticket to the Awards Show, which can be picked up when you arrive with your structure.

Attendees may bid on their favorite building. Winners will be at the Awards Show that evening.

ABOUT JOANNA TOWN
Joanna Town was founded in memory of Caitlyn Joanna Krider, who passed away last year due to a seizure, and in honor of her daughter, Destiny Star, who suffered severe brain damage from a seizure.

Though the area will be monitored at all times, we cannot account for every brick that breaks free, but you do get to keep your building and bring it home.
