Join us at Michael Lomonaco's Porter House New York restaurant in the Time Warner Center, just off Columbus Circle for an informative and delicious evening.

We will visit the kitchen, see the cuts of beef prior to cooking, and then we will taste several courses of beef, comparing grass fed to grain fed. Wine pairings provided.
