Gyptian n Etana

Nominated best new reggae entertainer at the 2006 international reggae and world music awards . Gyptian has been dominating the Jamaican charts with his hits . "Is There a Place " , Beautiful Lady" and topping ballard, Mama
Don't Cry". His style is considered lover's rock -root reggae. He has been compared to Jamaican atrist Sizzla, Luciano and Beres Hammond.As of May 2010 , his single ,"Hold Yuh" had peaked at number 91 on the billboard hot 100.
Etana will be opening for Gyptian. Her talent was discovered at the age 6 years old and was heard singing along to a 1991 hit by air supply. Etana , joined a female group called Gift , at the time Univerasial Records was interested in their music so Etana reluctanly agreed to wear the skimpy outfits by the music industry, stereotyping of female artist , then oneday she could no longer conform Etana wanted to deliver dignified embroldening words shaped by Marcus Garvey and Emperor Haile Selassie.
