Frank Lloyd Wright and Taliesin: A Retrospective with Pedro E. Guerrero
Pedro E. Guerrero, Frank Lloyd Wright's photographer from 1940 to 1959, will show a series of intimate and rarely exhibited photographs taken by him of Wright and Taliesin circa 1940 - 1953. The photographs, specially selected and custom printed by Guerrero for this exhibit, will be available for purchase, with a percentage of the proceeds going toward the preservation of Taliesin.
Mr. Guerrero will speak about his photography and personal connection with Wright. Wine, beer and hors d'oeuvres will be served, in conjunction with a special viewing of the exhibit with the photographer.
This event will be held within the historic building which Frank Lloyd Wright designed in 1953 as the "gateway" to Taliesin. Wright designed the building to overlook the Wisconsin River and offers an unforgettable view!
