The Dancing Path is excited to present-

Yoga Trance Dance, created by Shiva Rea, is an exploration of the eternal flow of movement through breath, yoga and dance. Yoga Trance Dance brings creativity and free expression to yoga poses and leads to a free form improvisational dance that supports you in authentically dancing however you feel in the moment.

Come enjoy a spontaneous, embodied experience that liberates your creative life force and opens you up to your full, juicy potential. We will dance to embody freedom! Get ready to sweat, liberate your spirit and free your emotions in this vital community of movement and connection!

No dance or yoga experience necessary,

Elyce Neuhauser brings love and passion into her all of her classes, encouraging every student to embody their own unique flow. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and currently completing her 500 hour training with Shiva Rea. In addition to Yoga Trance Dance, Elyce is also a trained facilitator of JourneyDance and the Groove Method. Elyce has taught classes at the Omega Institute and currently leads workshops and classes in all of these modalities in Long Island, NY.
