Appetizer: Spinach Banichka (Fillo dough pastry with spinach and feta cheese)
Salad: Bulgarian Easter Salad (Green salad, cucumbers, radishes, scallion, herbs, yogurt dressing)
Main Course: Roasted Lamb/ Brown rice pilaf, with mushrooms, leek and thyme/ Roasted Potatoes with dill and garlic
Vegetarian Main Course: Lentil "Meatloaf" with spinach and feta cheese
