Oyster Shucking + Beer Pairing w/ fPriem Brewery
This class with Ethan and Tobias from EaT + The Parish is offered so you can Learn how to shuck oysters while drinking some beer! Each variety of oyster will be paired with a different beer from fPriem. We'll also be pairing fried and grilled oysters with beer as well - so you will learn how the taste profile changes with different preparation methods. Participants will go home with a shucking knife and a solid foundation of how to shuck oysters at home.
