THE ORIGINAL'S "SUPPER CLUB SERIES," WITH ECLIPTIC BREWING
The Original's Supper Club, a new monthly dinner series celebrating the nostalgic idea of a bygone culinary era, kicks off on Thursday, June 25 at 5:30pm with guests Ecliptic Brewing. Chef AJ Voytko of The Original and chef Michael Molitor of Ecliptic will come together to prepare a five-course meal paired with iconic brews from Ecliptic's brew master, John Harris.
"We thought John and Michael would be the perfect first featured Supper Club guests because they understand the notion that a restaurant, in addition to a place to eat, is also a social club," said Chef Voytko. "Monthly Supper Club partners will vary, but the goal is always to showcase Oregon's best food and beverage in a casual and convivial environment."
Tickets to the dinner can be purchased $45 through Brown Paper Tickets. The dinner includes beverages and gratuity. All dinners will be hosted at The Original at 300 SW 6th Ave.

About Ecliptic Brewing
Ecliptic Brewing is a venture from John Harris, an Oregon beer icon whose background is steeped in the state's rich craft brewing history. The name Ecliptic unites Harris' two passions: brewing and astronomy, and as such, the brewery celebrates the Earth's yearly journey around the sun through both its beer and restaurant menus. Executive chef Michael Molitor rotates his seasonally inspired menu every six weeks in accordance with the old world calendar. Harris' signature beers include Spica Pilsner, Procyon Pale Ale, Phobos Extra Red Ale and Orbiter IPA. In 2014, Ecliptic Brewing was voted best brewpub by Northwest Brewing News readers, and the brewery's Filament Winter IPA was named favorite winter ale by Oregon Beer Growler.
