Diana is a Massachusetts farmer, nutritionist and author of The "Homegrown Paleo Cookbook, which includes 100 recipes plus a full guide to growing your own healthy food. She will talk about how nutrient-dense, sustainably raised food is not only optimal for our health but also the environment.
She runs the popular website www.SustainableDish.com where she explores food, farming and social justice. Diana is also the co-host of The Modern Farm Girls Podcast and runs the YouTube channel "SustainableDish", and conducts workshops internationally on nutrition the importance of sustainable food production.
Signed copies of her book will be available for sale at the event.
