Knucklehead A mentally disabled man (GBENGA AKINNAGBE) is left without a protector in the Brooklyn housing projects when his brother (AMARI CHEATOM) is shot. Now under the control of his abusive mother (ALFRE WOODARD) he must take his future into his own hands. He tries to find the one doctor who can help him cure his incurable mental disorder.
