Relationships Workshop - POSTPONED
In this informative, interactive workshop, participants will build skills in the areas of:
1) healthy communication,
2) constructive conflict
3) maintaining positive connection
Old patterns will be explored, instinctive reactions brought to light and we will look at what is working and what is hurting. Participants will learn about the latest brain research relative to both positive and negative communication practices.
In this safe, non judgmental environment you will gain skills to be a better friend, partner, lover, and parent.
Facilitators: Don Baker LMHC and Tanya Ruckstuhl-Valenti LICSW are psychotherapists in the Seattle area specializing in helping people move from chaos and fragmentation to integration.
