Jester King Pairing Dinner
This will be a sit down dinner beginning at 7pm. Guests will receive 5 courses of food prepared specifically to pair with the 5 beers served. The Mercantile is focused on presenting our guests with dishes made from fresh local ingredients. We will explain why we chose to prepare these dishes, and how we think they compliment the beers. Additionally, representatives from Jester King will be on hand to explain their unique approach to brewing beer.
We appreciate everyone's prompt arrival. Seating will be spread out over several tables, some of which are family style. You will most likely seat near people who you may not know, but they will be fellow lovers of great food and beer, so expect to make some friends.
Substitutions will be politely declined. We hope to see you Saturday.
Price is inclusive of everything. Attendees must be 21.
