Description
On the fourth and final episode of Capitol Hill High…
As the school year comes to an end, so do the lives of some of the students and faculty of Capitol Hill High. But who's behind all the bloodshed?
Four months following Shaniquila Turner's ill-fated smack overdose, Prom night approaches, hormones are raging, the sinister Master Plan is revealed and the girls of Capitol Hill High have a bonding moment upon realizing they all share the same homicidal stalker!
To Be Continued Productions takes a satirical stab at teenage slasher films for an emo-hipster generation of scream queens in the killer conclusion to Seattle's popular serial comedy Capitol Hill High, Seeing Red: The Final Period.
