The Mercury Four - Surf,Sci-Fi,Outerspace,Space Travel and Avation catastrophies, HORROR, very LOUD and FAST! They are Seattle's Atomic powered Surf Rock combo complete with radiation fallout. Ear plugs recommended, gravity boots helpful.
Ed Wang - In the summer of 1997, rock superstar Aaron Brown gave his old highschool friend, Bryan, a call. "This isn't going to be anything serious." He said. " John and I just need a drummer for a party on campus." It's now been seven years and they won't give up. No money, no random back-stage orgies with supermodels - just good music and great friends. "The Wang" has been playing at random spots in Seattle for four years and it's always a good time. If you're a fan of the alt-pop/low-fi genre, or perhaps you've enjoyed a good Guided by Voices or Superchunk show in the past, you should definitly check these guys out.
