Local Presents Folk Off and Rib Challenge

Local convenience stores presents FOLK OFF and Rib Challenge at Strawbale Winery, a folk music competition and rib cook-off. Up to 15 musical acts will compete for cash and a slot to play at the Sioux River Folk Festival, the following week. There will be several musical acts with the final act being Crab Grass Crew.

The RIB CHALLENGE is a BBQ Rib competition with samples from 10am-1:00pm, for you to judge the best in the People's Choice Award. Your ticket is your vote!

There will be food, beverages and music all day!

The combined competitions are a fundraiser for the Friends of Traditional Music and Boys & Girls Club of the Sioux Empire.

Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 the day of the event. Relax, enjoy the outdoors, try amazing ribs and listen to your favorite music all day and evening, maybe drink a little wine.
