Please join the GLCCB in welcoming award-winning singer-songwriter Eric Himan to Baltimore on Saturday, February 26 for an exclusive performance.
More about Eric:
Eric Himan has been playing acoustic guitar since the age of 8. Always curious and mystified by the vibe of the piano, Eric decided to challenge himself and take on the experience of learning to play a completely new instrument. Setting his goals high, Eric sought out and purchased his first piano for under a hundred dollars. Now having the tool in his own living room, Eric drew on songs from his previous six studio albums to use as his template for learning and exploring how to express himself through this new medium.
Out With The Old (rel: 11/2010)is the product of those lessons and captures eleven of his most requested songs re-invented! Being free from the guitar and new to the piano, Eric delivers"Gonna Make It Work", the exclusive twelfth track written during this process.
