Ninth Annual WMSE Rockabilly Chili Contest - March 6, 2011
The Ninth Annual WMSE Rockabilly Chili Contest is Milwaukee's most popular, one-of-a-kind culinary fundraiser for WMSE Radio where the Milwaukee community has the chance to vote for their favorite chili recipes from a selection of 50 area restaurants, cafes, kitchens and taverns. The event features local beer from the Milwaukee Ale House as well as great music presented by WMSE program hosts, Jonny Z (The Chicken Shack, Fridays 9am-noon) and Dietrich (Saturday Morning Car Tunes, 6-9am).
Proceeds benefit WMSE 91.7 FM, Milwaukee's legendary non-commercial alternative radio station, serving the Milwaukee community for 30 years, offering the most diverse music programming in the city.
