Bah Humbug! - in Austin, TX

Dougherty Arts Center
Austin, TX

The Company Theatre closes the 8th annual Texas tour of BAH HUMBUG in Austin Texas!  Award-winning actor and company principal, Damian Gillen, will present his unique, one-man adaptation of Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol" during a statewide tour, which will make a stop in Austin, TX, at the Dougherty Arts Center on December 20th at 7pm.

BAH HUMBUG is an imaginative adaptation of Charles Dickens timeless tale of hope and compassion, but it has a unique twist. Gillen plays all the roles in this theatrical extravaganza that chronicles the story of the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, who is challenged to open his heart after being confronted by three spirits during a one-night whirlwind journey of redemption. The play is supported by numerous costume changes, special effects and traditional Celtic Christmas tunes.
